1. Scope and Methods of Service Provision
We provide services to customers nationwide and internationally through online delivery channels. The methods of product handover include:
Delivery via Email:
Documentation, license keys, and login credentials will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Delivery via Cloud/Server:
Providing download links for installers or granting access to the administration system (CMS/Dashboard) for SaaS/Cloud-based services.
Remote Installation:
Our technical team will assist with installation and configuration through remote desktop tools (such as UltraViewer, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) or deploy directly on the customer’s server.
2. Service Timeline and Delivery Schedule
The delivery timeline depends on the type of product or service the customer has registered for:
For packaged accounts/software:
Delivery will be completed within 24 working hours after the customer has successfully completed the payment.
For customized solutions (Custom Solutions / AI Digital):
The delivery schedule will follow the project timeline specified in the Business Contract signed between both parties (typically including the phases: Demo – Trial Run – Official Handover).
3. Acceptance and Confirmation Process
The service “delivery” is considered complete when:

The customer has received full access credentials, accounts, or software installation packages.

The system operates stably and in accordance with the technical specifications committed.

Both parties confirm completion via Email or by signing the Technical Acceptance and Handover Report.
4. Responsibilities During the Delivery Process
Leqee Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all data and source code during the handover process.
The customer is responsible for thoroughly checking the delivered product upon receipt.
If any technical issues arise, the customer must notify our support team within 03 days so that we can resolve the issue free of charge.
