Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer Payment

This is the recommended payment method for all of our Technology Solutions, AI Services, and Software products. Please transfer the payment to our company account using the following information:

(Note: A valid VAT invoice will be issued immediately after the payment is received.)

2. Payment Schedule for Project-Based Services

For project-based services (Solution Design, Digital Avatar, AIGC, etc.), the payment process is typically divided into the following stages (unless otherwise specified in the Contract):

Phase 1 – Initial Deposit:
50% of the contract value is paid upon signing the contract to commence project implementation.

Phase 2 – Final Acceptance:
The remaining 50% is paid immediately after the acceptance and handover of the final product/service.

3. General Notes

All bank transfer transactions must be made from the customer’s own account or the company’s account (for business customers requesting VAT invoices).
