These terms apply to all customers using the consulting services, software solutions, and technology solutions provided by Leqee Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd.
Service Delivery:
Ensure the accurate and complete provision of all features and technology solutions as committed in the Contract or as mutually agreed in the service description.
Technical Support:
Maintain support channels (Email, Hotline, Ticket Support) to resolve any technical issues that arise during the customer’s use of the service.
Information Confidentiality:
Be responsible for safeguarding all customer data and business information provided during project implementation, except where disclosure is required by law.
User Training:
Provide documentation or training sessions to instruct customers on how to use the delivered software/tools after handover.
Payment:
Make full and timely payment of all service fees in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the signed contract.
Information Provision:
Provide complete and accurate information and documentation required for Leqee Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. to deliver the service (e.g., feature requirements, integrated business information, etc.).
Legal Compliance:
Commit NOT to use any technologies (particularly Digital Avatars or AI) for illegal activities, fraud, fake news creation, or for producing obscene or culturally inappropriate content.
The customer bears full legal responsibility for any content they generate while using our tools.
Intellectual Property Protection:
Do not copy, crack, redistribute, or provide any proprietary software solutions belonging to Leqee Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. to third parties without prior written consent.
Due to the nature of technology products and digital services, the delivery process is carried out as follows:
Delivery Method:
Via online channels such as Email, Google Drive, or by granting access to the administration system/server.
Delivery Timeline:
According to the project schedule specified in the Business Contract between both parties.
Acceptance Documentation:
Upon delivery and completion of user training, both parties shall confirm acceptance via Email or by signing a Technical Acceptance Report.
Customers have the right to request service termination if Leqee Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. fails to fulfill its service quality commitments and such issues cannot be remedied.
Any refund policy (if applicable) will be based on the specific terms outlined in the Contract for each individual project.
Any disputes arising during the transaction process shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to a competent Court in Ho Chi Minh City (or the company’s registered business location) for resolution in accordance with Vietnamese law.
